Variety : 35% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc,

Notes :Even at 10 per cent, chardonnay
definitely builds complexity in the wine, adding stone
fruit characters to the bouquet and an extra dimension
to palate texture. The aromatic varieties give a real
lift to the bouquet, and there is plenty of zestiness
and freshness on the palate.

LOVELY ZESTINESS:
Lillypilly Estate 2006 Noble Blend ...
a very delightful —
if slightly different — dessert wine with lovely
zestiness and freshness on the palate, and certainly
worth $24.50 for a 375ml bottle to round off a good
dinner with a fresh lime brulée. David Ellis,

STUNNINGLY AROMATIC:
Lillypilly Estate 2006 Noble Blend ...
It is one stunningly
aromatic dessert wine. Tropical fruits abound —
glorious fresh and vital passionfruit, lychees,
pineapple and a feast of others. Just beautifully
put together. A lighter style with lively acidity
well supporting the fruit characters. No
cloyingness, sweet yes but balanced and seamless in
delivery. And ever so moreish. Try this with a fruit
and custard tart. Drink Now to 2012. 95/100 —

DECADENT DELIGHT:
Lillypilly Estate 2006 Noble Blend ...
One of the great joys
of drinking wine is to finish up the evening with a
bottle of one of Lillypilly’s stickies in front of
an open fire. This is rich, almost decadent, and
coats the mouth with intense flavours of orange
peel, apricot, fig and caramel – and that’s just for
starters. Try it with crème brulee or blue cheese.
