Notes  : Subtle but complex aromas of black cherries and spice. Deep purple hues with a soft yet rounded and full bodied palate. Full of fruit flavours that leaves a generous coating of blackcurrant and spice. Finishing with a silky mouthfeel.

The grapes for this wine were harvested from 34 year old Cabernet Sauvignon vines and the oldest Shiraz vines on the vineyard.

This wine is a great match with lamb shanks marinated in a red wine sauce with oven roasted potatoes, pumpkin and onion.
